General Policy
SayHolaNow reserves the right to cancel any course or class due to insufficient enrollment. In the event of cancellation, students will receive either a full tuition refund or a credit valid for one year toward a future course.
We are committed to fostering a diverse, inclusive, and respectful learning environment. At SayHolaNow, diversity goes beyond categories—it means welcoming all individuals and perspectives. We believe this spirit of inclusion enriches the language learning journey and drives our success.
All participants are expected to contribute to a positive, inclusive learning environment. Anyone who does not adhere to this standard may be removed from a class or program at the discretion of SayHolaNow.
If you or your child has specific needs or accommodations, we encourage you to reach out. We will do our best to support every student and make the learning experience comfortable and accessible.
Registration
To reserve a space in any SayHolaNow course, students must complete payment in full using one of our secure, accredited payment methods.
Once payment is received, you will receive a confirmation message via email.
Please note:
- Course fees must be paid in full prior to the start of the session.
Spaces are limited and often fill quickly. Registration is confirmed only once payment has been processed.
Cancellation & Attendance
We understand that schedules may change, and we strive to be flexible while honoring our instructors’ time and the integrity of our program.
- No refunds or credits will be granted after the start of the course.
- For private lessons and small group courses, cancellations made less than 24 hours (one business day) in advance or in the case of no-show will be charged in full.
- Changes to your schedule must be submitted via email at least 24 hours in advance.
- Private class packages do not expire, but they are non-refundable and non-transferable to other students.
